Whether you have a creative camper who loves making crafts or a budding fashion designer, Summer at Sandy Spring’s Sewing Camp may be just the thing for you. Each week, our instructors will guide campers as they explore their creative sides and learn to make confident design choices.

Campers will sew bedroom items, like pillows, name banners, and bedside organizers.
Week 1: Design my Bedroom
Campers will sew everything from writlets to money cuffs to messenger bags.
Week 2: What’s in the Bag
Campers will sew items like bangle bracelets, infinity scarves, and newsie caps.
Week 3: Accessories Make the Kid
Campers will sew all types of animals, from hedgehogs to dogs to elephants.
Week 4: Animal Crackers
Campers will sew reusable everyday items, from snack bags to grocery bags to water bottle totes.
Week 5: Earth Day, Every Day
Campers will sew modern day accessories, like mini cord wraps, clip on phone cases, and camera bags.
Week 6: Kids Modern Life
Campers will sew water creatures, like starfish, whales, and mermaid dolls.
