Before Care
Time: 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.
Price: $45 / week
Before Care is available to registered campers from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. Students are dropped off in front of the main Lower School building, Walbrooke/Breiling, where they are greeted by Summer at Sandy Spring staff. Depending on the weather, campers are supervised at the playground or in a classroom where they can meet friends, read, draw, or play games. No personal electronics are allowed in Before Care.
After Care
Time: 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Price: $120 / week
After Care is available to registered campers from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. The Tanglewood building serves as the After Care home for all grades. Included in the After Care program are arts and crafts, games, and outdoor recreation. A snack will be provided. No personal electronics are allowed in After Care.
After Care in the Trees
Open to campers age 7 and up
Time: 3:30 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Price: $290 / week
Climb, Swing, and Zip the Afternoon Away at Aftercare in the Trees!
The Adventure Park at Sandy Spring Friends School and Summer at Sandy Spring are once again teaming up to offer Aftercare in the Trees for Summer at Sandy Spring campers! After a day of activities and camp fun, campers who register for this program will take it to the trees! Campers age 7 and up are invited to register for Aftercare in the Trees to climb, swing, and zip in the award-winning Adventure Park.
Pond Swim After Care
Time: 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Price: $199 / week
Pond Swim After Care is available to registered campers from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Highlights include an included snack and use of the pond toys. There are always lifeguards on duty.
Late pickup fees: After 6:00 p.m. a late fee of $4.00 per minute for the first five minutes will be charged. Then, an additional $6.00 per minute will be charged after 6:05 pm.
*In the event of inclement weather, campers registered for Aftercare in the Trees and Pond Swim After Care will be kept in our on-campus aftercare program.
